Adding a little more oomph and some extra MPG to Christine’s JK. Having a nice new lift, new tires and wheels, and some other mods Christine’s JK needed some extras under the hood to help the performance and efficiency of the 3.8L V6.
Together with OK Auto we put two JK Wrangler Unlimiteds on the dyno at G&S Autoworks in Oxford, NJ to test the results of the performance products we were installing. The products involved int the test are the Unichip Performance Module and Airaid Cold Air Intake.

The cold air intake allows the Jeep’s 3.8L V6 to unleash a bit more of it’s hidden horsepower by increasing the air volume being drawn into the engine. This is accomplished by using a free flowing air cleaner element and a redesigned intake tube.
