The jeepfan.com CJ has had an Edelbrock Performer intake on it for many years and it was using some linkage mount that came with the Holley ProJection that was on it. This bracket eventually moved to the Holley Truck Avenger which required some slight modification.
Recently the Truck Avenger was removed to upgrade the CJ to fuel injection. During the Holley Sniper 2 installation that old bracket was old and would require more modification and it just wasn’t going to work out.

It didn’t take much research to come across the Ryanstar Racing linkage bracket. This inexpensive bracket is aluminum and mounts to the two bolts on the throttle body flange. It is shaped to avoid interfering with the throttle and comes with several mount types including the standard snap-in square CJ linkage.

There is a spring mount that can be forward mounted which we tried out but moving the mount to the bottom rear was the better solution for our install.

We aren’t utilizing the forward slotted section of the mount and may trim it off in the future..time will tell. Throttle operation is smooth and sturdy.
