It all started for Sam in 2004, he spotted the 20 year old CJ sitting for sale at a local motorcycle shop. After inquiring within he was able to track down the Jeep’s owner and a deal was made. Most Jeeps come factory with some protection for the basic parts underneath. The gas tank, transmission, and transfer case are usually among the factory protected. Sometimes the factory protection is insufficient and needs a bit of help and some areas are forgotten completely until carnage occurs.
