buyer beware!! try to order a rack and they will never send it!!
offroad logic has been known to string people along for months while they keep your money after ordering a rack. when you ask for a refund they say you will get it "when the funds are available"
offroad logic has scammed a bunch of people this way including me! please be careful when dealing with these criminals. there are threads on jk-forum.com backing up this accusation.

I ordered a Jeep roof rack July 18. I paid the company nearly $2,000 up front with my American Express using PayPal. Allegedly, production delays were holding up my order, according to an e-mail I received. These e-mails postponed and delayed me until it was too late to seek remedy from my credit card company, or PayPal. On September 13, tired of waiting any more, I requested they cancel my order and provide a full refund. I got a response the same day telling me that my refund would be processed `in a few days` and promising a free gift for my troubles (I don't care about the gift). When I didn't hear further and did not receive my refund (or the free gift), I began pursuing the company by e-mail and phone with no resolution. I have yet to get Brett to answer the phone or return a phone call. We have traded numerous e-mails, but the company remains evasive, promising payment but no timeframe. I pursued a complaint through the Better Business Bureau (as even Brett suggested I do at one point), and the company never responded! Yet the company has updated their website, is still taking orders and is visiting trade shows promoting themselves. I feel like I a victim of a fraud -- they took my money, held it and delayed me, never sent my product ordered and
then never issued the promised refund.

I stumbled across this site as i was searching for an alternative rack system for my jeep and i just had to post my experience with this company. I ordered a rack from them on july 5th and it is now the end of november and there is not only no rack in site, this company can't even give me a production date. I gave them a production date when I produced the nearly $2000.00 to order the rack. After numerous e-mails and conversations with Brett, I finally cancelled my order and just today sent in my dispute with my credit card company. I waited and waited for the funds that Brett said he would refund and it never came, what did come was the suggestion for a partial repayment ! uh, no thanks !! I submitted complaints to the better business bureau as he was out wheelin' and dealin' at the SEMA show which makes me wonder, have us customers funded his trip out there ? there are so many problems i have with that trip which include his audacity to take new orders for these rack systems when he can't produce them.
To everybody involved , and those jeep owners looking to purchase rack systems fot their JK models, please pass the word out on this kook because he is scamming the Jeep posse !! This is a heresy !!
